moments like these
I fall to my knees
where has it all gone
what does this really mean
all that I want to do is sleep
hide my troubles inside of a dream
or so it seems as it fades away
the taste in my mouth
the bitterness that surrounds me
the emptiness within
There is a pain so deep
I feel it within my soul
I cannot shed another tear
Seems to have all gone away
Staring into the nothing
when I thought it meant something
something to carress me
as I fall apart
